Operations Manager of Dalex Finance, Joe Jackson, was on Business Time to talk about mobile money and how financial institutions could take advantage of it.

He seems to be very supportive of the platform and suggested that Dalex Finance makes loans in mobile money. He is against the regulation of the platform except when it comes to keeping the telcos from becoming financial institutions.
