Dried mango fruit beautifully packaged and ready for munching. A wonderful snack made in Ghana. This fruit is made by Integrated Tamale Food Company. They are an agro-processing company based in Gushie in  the Savelugu Nanton district of the Northern region. They are mostly into the export of the mango fruit, although they have some for the local market.

We are hoping that this fruit will be more locally marketed. It could serve as a way of storing the mango fruit in the season of glut and keep it for when its season has passed.
